We offer a fast and reliable mobile repair service, where we come to you and either fix your PC "On-Site" service or should the work required to be done on your PC be a little bit more extensive or time consuming, then we will take the PC away, repair it, and then deliver it back to you.

Sometimes we are not able to repair systems due to being beyond economical repair and should this be the case we only charge a $60 consultation fee.

We carry a comprehensive array of special tools to enable us to diagnose the fault quickly and most importantly,Customers are reminded to ensure that data files, such as photos, music and word documents are backed up before we commence work.

If your computer  does need taking away to our workshop because there is major damage to either the hardware or software and data has NOT been saved prior to us taking away, we endovour to minimise loss of data but please note we are not held responsible for any lost files whilst with us.

We can save data to be transferred to new media hard drive or to a new PC system, prior to a reload etc however the following charges will be applied :

$15       Up to 10 GB of data saved ( Typically my docs / photos )

$50       Up to 50 GB of data saved (  all above + music and larger files )

$100     Over  50 GB of data saved (  all above + movies etc )

Should you require us to transfer your documents to a CD / DVD there will be a sunderies charge for the media charged to you and may also incur additional charges due to extra labour involved.

Accepted methods of Payment

The following forms of payment are accepted by Rockingham I.T. Solutions. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS, EFT ( Electronic Funds Transfer ), good old cash and credit accounts on a strict 14 day account for pre-approved customers.

Why is a surcharge being applied?

Payment made using a credit card attracts a higher cost than other payment methods. Due to higher bank charges being charged to us, we have had to start applying a surcharge to customers who pay by credit card.

How much is the credit card surcharge ?

A surcharge of 2% will be applied to credit card payments for every $100 or part of other than those outlined below. The rate is inclusive of GST.

Can I avoid paying the credit card surcharge ?

Rockingham I.T. Solutions offers a range of payment methods to its customers that do not incur a surcharge including cash and EFTPOS. Rockingham I.T. Solutions provides mobile EFTPOS with our technicians.
