Payment of $30 covers for 30 minutes remote support and requires payment before support starts.
Our online PC Support is designed to supply you with a pre-arranged appointment time where you are available in front of your computer and at the designated local / home phone number provided.
Please note that an active broadband connection must be available in order for us to view your desktop
Once payment has been received and verified a service technician will call you to arrange a mutually convenient time where we will give you a remote user name and login code so that we can view your screen.
At the pre-arranged appointment time we will require you to login through our website remote support login page and be in front of your computer and available on the phone where we will then be able to talk you through your problem that you are having.
